About Us

When a student goes from elementary school to middle school, it can feel like entering a whole new world. With a bigger school, more teachers, and confusing schedules, this transition can be especially overwhelming for autistic students. At Self AdvoKIT, we work to help autistic students have a smoother and more comfortable transition to middle school and higher levels of education. We do this by designing a toolkit that helps students navigate each day with confidence. Each kit is packed with helpful sensory-friendly tools that fit right into their middle school routine. Our mission is to empower neurodivergent students with the tools they need to self-advocate and equip parents or educators with resources to support their students. We know that with the right tools to regulate and communicate, autistic students are able to thrive.
